Before launching the campaign, Crossbound and the client agree on a measurable performance target — qualified leads, booked calls, completed forms, phone calls, cost-per-lead targets, or another clearly trackable conversion.
Build + Optimize
Crossbound develops the campaign, monitors performance, tests creative, reviews targeting, and continuously improves the advertising strategy throughout the campaign period.
Hold Us Accountable
If a qualifying campaign does not reach the agreed performance target within the agreed campaign period, the client may qualify for a refund of Crossbound's management fee according to the written campaign agreement.
We're willing to put our fee behind our work.
Platform advertising spend, third-party expenses, creative production costs, and other external expenses are not included in the refund unless explicitly stated in writing.
